Morrisby

When I was in yr11 I was very fortunate to have the opportunity to complete and extensive test by Morrisby which calculates your strengths through numerous verbal and not verbal reasoning tests, drawing the letter 's' backward and forward at pace and many other things. It took about 2 hours but the results were astonishing. I've taken some photographs of the booklet you receive afterwards.





Click to view the album larger. If you were interested in what my results were, out of 10 I think 8 were to do with design and the other 2 were IT bases which also what I was interested in.

The results page tells you a brief bit about each job, associated areas, what route to take to get there and how to find more information. This process was extremely useful for me because even though I already knew I wanted to do graphics this confirmed it, and suggested paths I should take.

A final note, even though I took this to my careers meeting, the PA still insisted I went to A levels and study 4 subjects which weren't relevant to my results here. I ignored her advice and followed my passion.
